Inspire are aware that the Thomas Cook Group has, regrettably, ceased trading.

Your holiday booking will no longer be going ahead, your Thomas Cook package holiday is financially protected under the ATOL Scheme.

More information about ATOL claims can be found on the CAA website, particularly regarding the implementation of a new simplified claims form:

"To enable us to provide these refunds as fast as possible, we are developing a simplified, online refunds form that will be available on Monday, 7 October. This will ultimately reduce the amount of time it will take for customers to get their refund compared to the standard process in this unprecedented situation. Once submitted to the CAA, we aim to pay back valid refunds within 60 days."
